The Seeded Society

The entire piece gives out a feeling that resemble the feeling of the plant "Carolyn Whorton" through the main color used. Taken society, architecture, urban planning, nature as the inspiration, this piece shows the connections and relationship between human and nature. Observed from the artwork, the tree trunk also acts as roads for human transport. River served as an important source for living for both human and plants. Between all the leaves was geometric shaped residential area, showing the close relationship of society and nature. Dandelion-like flower was the pollen, symbolizing the importance of good relationship of nature and human for the life of future generation. Human has taken a lot from nature, inspiration, resources etc. for the sake of human's greed and selfish benefit, even bringing harm to the nature without thanking nature for it's selfless contribution. It's time for human to contribute back to nature or at least keeping nature in mind when taking actions!
